Microsoft MVP Sam Erde Joins Patriot Consulting
Sam's arrival strengthens Patriot's already deep bench of Microsoft expertise. The Microsoft MVP Award is granted to technology leaders who demonstrate exemplary commitment to helping users and professionals maximize the value of Microsoft technologies. Sam works at the intersection of PowerShell engineering and Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory security, where he contributes to open-source PowerShell tools that help administrators and defenders do their best work. He is a member of the core team behind Locksmith, an open-source tool for finding and fixing vulnerabilities in Active Directory Certificate Services, and a core team member and trusted maintainer of Maester, the community-built framework for assessing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID security. For more efficient PowerShell, Sam maintains the PSPreworkout module and a companion VS Code extension pack.
