Senior Security Engineer

Patriot Consulting is hiring a Senior Security Engineer to own Level 3 escalations end-to-end across Microsoft Purview, Entra, Intune, Defender, and Azure Security, with direct influence on customer satisfaction and renewals.

• Share primary responsibility for the Level 3 escalation point across Microsoft Purview, Entra, Intune, Defender, and Azure Security
• Deliver timely resolution and root-cause analysis; respond within one business day (30-minute goal)
• Partner with engineering, PMO, and Sales to protect delivery quality and renewals
• Broad, hands-on experience across Defender, Intune, Entra, Purview, and Azure Security
• Remote United States role, full-time, within Patriot's SecureShield365 program
