Consulting Manager

Patriot Consulting is hiring a Consulting Manager to lead our Microsoft security practice — setting technical direction, owning delivery outcomes, and growing the people who make it happen.

• Set technical direction and practice standards across Defender, Entra, Sentinel, Intune, and Purview
• Own consulting delivery performance — revenue, gross margin, utilization, and project profitability
• Serve as Patriot's primary technical point of contact with Microsoft
• Hire, mentor, and grow Security Consultants, Architects, and Technical Leads
